1: Website sign up – Users are invited to sign up for emails on our website. Email addresses are stored in our database. We will share specials, promotions and brand information with you. 2: Finance, Service, Trade, Parts Request, Test Drive Request – Users are welcome to request or submit information about any of the many services we offer. The general information collected in these electronic forms is managed securely within the Automall team. The finance form is share directly with four local banks; CIBC, RBC, Scotia and Commonwealth Bank. By filling out the Forms you agree to our sharing your data as described in this Policy.
3: Credit card information – Automall never receives an individual’s complete credit card information. All credit card details are passed through an accredited international e-Commerce Gateway that encrypts the data as it is being processed between the customer, vendor, payment process and bank. 4: Automall Auction sign up – This information is stored in our database and secured with a SSL certificate. This information is only used to support auction purchases. This is and will only be the property of Automall Bahamas and will never be shared with any person, company or affiliate. Automall Bahamas, may be compelled to share your information if required to do so by the laws in The Bahamas or any court of law in The Bahamas.
