General Questions


How do I pay online?

Service:

When your vehicle service is near completion the Automall Service Team will send you an invoice via email and What’s App (if a What’s App number is provided).  The invoice includes a payment link.  Review your invoice, click the payment link and make your payment securely online via credit card or debit card.

New Car Purchase:

Go to the NEW MODELS link on the website.  Select the “online orders” link. Select the brand of your choice and make a payment to secure the new car.

Pre Owned Car Purchase:

Go to the PRE OWNED link on the website.  Select the car of your choice.  Click the “BUY NOW”  button

Is ordering secure online?

Yes, we follow strict rules and regulations specified by the bank to ensure your credit card information is processed safely.
In addition, we NEVER save your credit card information.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
We do not accept American Express.

Can I pay with a debit card?

Yes, follow the same check out process as with credit cards.

How do I know you got my order/payment?

You will receive an email confirming the purchase. This email will include an order number.

Why is my credit card declining?

It can be for a variety of reasons for example: it has expired, not enough funds are available or you have entered incorrect information. Please contact your bank if you are getting a decline message.

How do I get a refund?

Do you have my What’s App number?

We request your What’s App phone number when your car is booked for a service, a part is requested, a new car or preowned car is purchased.

Why do you want my What’s App number?

Our invoices and quotes are sent out via email and What’s App.  Sharing your number is optional.

I can’t find an email confirmation in my inbox?

Please check your “junk” or “spam” folders.  Alternatively, if your email address was entered incorrectly you will not have a confirmation.  Wait 15 minutes to see if it comes to your email box, if not, call Automall for confirmation on 397 1700

I don’t live in Nassau, can I buy online?

Yes.  We welcome customers from The Family Islands and those relocating to The Bahamas.

I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay online?

We accept debit cards.  Many local banks offer the convenience of pre-loaded debit cards.  Check with your bank for details.

Service Questions


How do I pay for my service online? I don’t know the total cost?

The Automall Service Team will send you an invoice via email and What’s App (if a What’s App number is provided).  The invoice includes a payment link.  Review your invoice, click the payment link and make your payment.

How do I pay for my service online? I know how the total cost?

An invoice number or quote number is required to make a payment online.

I have paid online, can my friend pick up my vehicle for me?

No problem.  The person picking up would need ID and the owner of the vehicle must call the service team with details related to the person picking up.

I have paid online, can I pick up my car when you have closed?

This service is not currently available.

When can I pick up my car?

The Service Team will let you know via phone, email or What’s App when your car is ready for pick up.  Service is open 7.30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday and 8am – 1pm on Saturday

Where do I pick up my part from?

Automall Shirley Street, opposite St Matthews Church.

I have paid for the part online, can someone else pick it up for me?

Yes, the person picking up will need a copy of the invoice and ID. The client should also advise the parts team whom to expect to pick up the part.

Can I pay online and get my part shipped to a family island?

Yes, once the invoice is paid in full we can ship to the family islands. Freight must be paid in full by the customer.

I want to return a part I purchased online

No problem!  Providing you meet the following criteria:

  • All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • No returns on electrical or special order parts.
  • No returns after 14 days.
  • 15% Re-stocking charge on all returned parts.

New Cars Questions


Can I buy a new car online?

You can secure a new car online by paying a $5,000 or $10,000 deposit against a vehicle of your choice.

Go to the NEW MODELS link on the website.  Select the “online orders” link. Select the brand of your choice and make a payment to secure the new car.

The Automall Sales team will make contact with you to confirm your purchase and to arrange final payment.

How do I know how much the car will cost?

Contact our sales team via the Chat Widget and they will give you current pricing.

Can I pay for the entire car by credit card?

No, we only accept credit card payments up to $10,000 per vehicle.

What payment methods are available besides credit and debit cards?

We accept wire transfers and bank cheques.

What happen if I want to change the car model I have secured with a payment to another model or brand?

No problem, the Automall Sales Team will work with you to ensure you drive home happily in the model or brand of your final choice.

What if you do not have the car I want in stock?

We have hundreds of cars in stock at any one time and others in transit.  If the car you want is not available at time of pick up the Automall Sales team will work with you to ensure you drive home happily in another model or brand.

Do you offer finance?

We partner with local banks that offer finance.  Click this form to check you are eligible.

Do you offer insurance?

We partner with insurance companies whom offer vehicle insurance.  Speak to one of the Sales Team for more information.

Pre Owned Cars Questions


Can I buy a new pre-owned car online?

Yes, you can buy a pre-owned car up to the value of $10,000 online or secure a pre-owned car online by paying a $5,000 or $10,000 deposit against the vehicle of your choice.

Go to the PRE-OWNED link on the website.  Select the vehicle of your choice and “BUY NOW”

The Automall Sales team will make contact with you to confirm your purchase and to arrange final payment if the total exceeds $10,000.

Where do I pick up my pre-owned car from?

Pre-owned cars are located on Wulff Road, see the map here.

Can I pay online and get my pre-owned car shipped to a family island?

YES!  The vehicle needs to be paid for in full. We are not responsible for vehicle damages after it leaves the lot.

Do the prices listed on the pre-owned site include VAT?

Yes, the prices listed on the pre-owned site include VAT and are final prices

What does the "Buy Now" button mean?

Vehicles under $10,000 can be purchased via credit card with two clicks. Select your vehicle, buy now and complete the information requested. Come on in with a Govt. Issued I.D. and collect your vehicle!

What does the "Secure Now" button mean?

Vehicles over $10,000+ can be secured with a $5,000 or $10,000 deposit paid online. The Pre-Owned department will make contact with you to confirm your purchase and to arrange final payment.
